Terms of service
What you can expect from Frontboard, and what we ask of you. Last updated 13 October 2026.
The agreement
Frontboard is provided by Nicola Bello trading as Frontboard, in the United Kingdom. By connecting your Google account you agree to these terms, for yourself and for the business whose profile you connect. Frontboard is for businesses, not for people acting as consumers.
You must be an owner or manager of the Google Business Profile you connect, and allowed to act for the business.
What Frontboard does
You send photos and messages on WhatsApp. Frontboard drafts posts for your Google Business Profile and replies to your reviews, and publishes the ones you approve. If you turn on automatic replies in your settings, replies to good reviews are published without asking first, until you turn it off.
Drafts are written by software, including AI models, and can be wrong. Read each one before you approve it.
What you publish
What is published on your profile is yours, and you are responsible for it. You agree that:
- the photos you send are yours to use, and anyone recognisable in them has agreed to be shown;
- what you tell us about your business, your prices and your food or services is true;
- you won’t offer anything in return for a review, or for changing or removing one;
- you won’t use Frontboard for anything unlawful or against Google’s or WhatsApp’s rules.
Frontboard refuses to draft some things, such as health claims or a reply that admits fault for an illness or injury. That is a safeguard, not a guarantee that everything else is safe to publish.
Plans and payment
- Every new account has 14 days of the paid plan free, with no card. After that it is on Free unless you subscribe.
- Standard is £19 a month or £190 a year, excluding VAT. Free has no charge.
- A subscription is paid in advance through Stripe and renews each month or year until you cancel. Send BILLING on WhatsApp to manage or cancel it.
- When you cancel, the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and then moves to Free. We don’t refund part of a period, unless the law requires it.
- If we change a price, we tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal.
Services we depend on
Frontboard works through Google and WhatsApp, and they can change or withdraw what they let us do. We aim to keep Frontboard running, but we don’t promise it is always available or free of errors, and we aren’t responsible for what those services do, such as rejecting a post or restricting a profile.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow to be limited.
Beyond that, we aren’t liable for lost profit, lost business or indirect loss, and our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in that time.
Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time: send STOP to stop our messages, or DELETE to delete your account and everything we hold, as our privacy policy describes.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts a profile, Frontboard or other customers at risk, and we can stop providing Frontboard altogether. Where we can, we tell you first, and we refund what you paid for time you can’t use.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change we update this page and its date. If a change matters to you, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies; if you don’t agree, you can delete your account.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts decide any dispute about them. Questions go to hello@frontboard.co.uk.
